What We Do Best

Five Feedback System

Students will have five different opportunities to learn, understand and reinforce a concept.
  1. Teaching: We start from the basic level and progress gradually to challenging concepts. This helps students to understand the topic easily and they are able to apply it for solving difficult questions.

  2. In Class Questions: We have carefully formulated the questions which students will be practising in class which will help in better understanding and application of the concept

  3. Homework Questions: Students are given questions to solve for homework on the same topic which reinforces their learning.

  4. Chapter Review: All the concepts covered in a particular chapter are reviewed. Students solve questions where they have to apply all the concepts they have learned and this further clarifies their concepts

  5. Regular Assessment: We conduct regular assessments, which gives us a clear understanding on how every student is progressing with their learning. It also helps us identify a student’s weaker area and we then help each student individually to get better in those areas.
We believe that, when students follows these five steps of learning, they can definitely see a tremendous improvement in their progress.

Positive learning enviroment

At Akshar Education, we believe no question is a silly question. Students are motivated to participate in class discussions without having a fear of failure. We encourage our students to resolve the most simplest of their doubts which helps the students to get better clarity of the concept and builds their confidence to avoid simple mistakes.

Preparing for the School Exams

Specially designed topic specific tests are shared with students well in advance to help them prepare for their exam. Students are encouraged to solve these papers and get their difficulties solved, which boosts their confidence and helps them improve their score in school exams.

Parental Involvement

We believe positive parental involvement plays an important role in student’s education. We celebrate the success of all acheivers of Akshar Education with parents through What’s App group. We also update parents with what’s new in Akshar Education so they can make the best of it for their kids. We surely connect with parents if we have any concerns about student’s progress.

Nirmal has worked as a full time High School Maths teacher for 6 years in NSW school with overall 18 years of teaching experience.
Maths is Nirmal’s passion. He loves teaching Maths and making positive difference in young minds. Nirmal has started Akshar Education in January 2018 with a dream to create a learning environment in which students love to study. He wants to achieve this by means of creative, well planned, systemised and inspiring lessons.
Nirmal considers student’s awesome results and parents trust as his strength and motivation to make this dream true.

Sneha Patel

Managing Director of Akshar Education.

As the Managing Director and business owner of Akshar Education, alongside Nirmal Patel, Sneha Patel leads the institution’s mission to provide high-quality education for students from Years 3 to 12 in Science, Mathematics, and English. With over 11 years of experience in managerial roles within a global corporation, Sneha brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, operational management, and organizational growth. Her dedication to academic excellence, continuous teacher development, and innovative learning practices has been crucial in driving the success and expansion of Akshar Education.

She has over 2 years of experience in teaching and is now handling the Administration responsibilities of Akshar Education.
Being a tutor she knows the working outs of Akshar education and uses them in her Administration role effectively to help other tutors as well.
